Take action on behalf of a disappeared pastor in Colombia Pastor William Reyes disappeared in north-east Colombia on 25 September 2008. His family have not seen or heard from him since.
His wife, Idia Miranda, worries not only about the fate of her husband, but also for the security of her family. Concerned for their safety, Idia and her three children have recently fled to another part of the country.
Many of you have prayed for and encouraged the Reyes family. Now you have the opportunity to take the crucial step of partnering with us as we lobby the British Government to push for an official investigation into Pastor Reyes’ disappearance.

Stand in solidarity with a Cuban pastor A couple of weeks ago, we asked you to send cards and letters of encouragement to the family of Pastor Omar Gude Pérez, who was imprisoned in May 2008 on charges of “human trafficking”.
After spending a year in prison, Pastor Gude Pérez has finally been given a trial date – his case will go before a judge next week. He faces the possibility of a seven-year sentence.
Please keep Pastor Gude Pérez and his family in your prayers and continue to show your support by sending them cards and letters.

Pray for the persecuted in Orissa, India Recently, we visited Orissa, India to report firsthand on the situation there and to offer support and encouragement to victims of violence. We asked you to journey there with us through our photos and to lift up the persecuted in prayer.
The pressure to convert is still being applied very strongly in Kandhamal district in Orissa. In many places, Christians are told that they must become Hindus and withdraw their complaints against those who attacked them or they will not be allowed to return to their villages.
Your prayers will help us continue to work for justice for in Orissa.
